We love highlighting junior golfers who are working hard on their goals each and every day! This week we're introducing Colton Johnson.

Colton is a 13-year old from Martinez, GA and we've known Colton for a few years now. He works and plays hard and loves competing on the golf course. We're super excited for Colton as he just earned a spot as a national finalist at the Drive, Chip and Putt competition! You can follow him on Instagram @coltonjohnsongolf.

Who is your favorite golfer? 

Scottie Scheffler 

How did you start playing golf? 

My 1st birthday was a hole in 1 theme, my dad built me a putt putt course in our backyard for everyone to play, my grandma bought me my 1st set of golf clubs (plastic ones) I was all in after that.

What is your favorite thing about golf? 

All the nice courses I get to play and all of the great people I get to meet. 

What part of the game are you working on now? 

My mental game 

What is your best achievement in golf? 

Making it this year to compete in Drive,Chip, and Putt. 

What is your graduation year? 

2029 

What is you biggest goal in the next 5 years? 

To play college golf after high school 

What is your favorite ice cream flavor? 

Cookies and Cream 

What other hobbies do you like? 

Swimming with friends or just hanging out, playing basketball
