🏌️Time to start drilling
In case you missed it, we featured a couple of ideas on our Instagram page of drills you or your junior golfer
can use during the colder months. Our son Hamilton tries a different challenge almost any time he's practicing because he likes having something new to focus on.
Drills like the Girlfriend Caddy Challenge or the 2-ball Decision Challenge (these names aren't very original, are they?) can keep practice from feeling like such a chore. Plus they help maximize a golfer's time during limited daylight hours.
You can also
try:
- Playing from the forward tees so you get more comfortable going low
- Hit two shots and play from the worst ball of the two
If you're looking for more drill inspiration, checkout Ellie Hildreth's Instagram account

And don't forget we have
drills just for the Junior Golf Playbook audience that were created by Tripp Isenhour! He's a former PGA Professional and a current Golf Channel Analyst, so he knows the tried-and-true techniques almost anyone can benefit from. Not only does he offer tips at GapGolfCoach, you can find exclusive ones on the JuniorGolfPlaybook YouTube channel.
